2021 Year End Review

I’ve seen a few authors and others doing their year end review. I thought I would say a few things as well.

2021 has been a whirlwind to say the least. This year, I published Midknight, Lewdmancy, A few Monstar Saga Books and a Pirate Elves book. Monstar Saga and Midknight were my best sellers and were a joy to write.

I have seen many new authors enter the published scene and it brought me joy, knowing so many were following their passions. When I started this writing journey, I didn’t have anyone to lead me by the hand and it has been a joyous and frustrating seven years of writing and publishing. As with everything, there has been chaotic stumbling and soaring elation with each book/series. It has always been less the end result and more about chasing the dream.

Since I was very young, I wanted to be an author. I thought I would never get past the gatekeepers when I was younger, but the world has changed and so have I. The beautiful dream is real and I peruse it with poetic passion and dreamy adventures.

I couldn’t have done it without all of you. For this, I am deeply thankful for reading my crazy adventures and lurid tales of intimacy. Thank you to everyone reading this and your support, either with positive feedback, negative feedback, or blissful cheers to keep writing. I listen to all and appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.

What to expect in 2022?

Monstar Saga has been consistently on my mind. The planned series is 8 books. I already started writing Book 4. I don’t know how much I will stay with the plan. The story is taking a life of its own and I want to see where Kavan, Onka, and the rest of Moonvale’s citizens go.

This means I will be focusing on Monstar Saga through most of 2022. There may be the occasional break to write a short novella or such. I may try to sneak in Pirate Elves Book 6 as well, but Monstar Saga will be my focus.

Another thing I want to say is, I plan to spend a little less time on social media. I have been distracted by social media over the last number of years. I sometimes don’t say anything, but I read everything. (Yes, I’m a lurker.) I need to pull back and focus on my books and mental health. I’ve lost a few people this year, and it has cut at my soul. I want to enjoy my time on this planet until the very last moment, knowing I can move on with a full heart and a lifetime of wonderful memories.

It’s not a new year, new me. It’s a new year with a lot of work and pleasant adventures for all.Let us have some fun, read wondrous stories, and help each other have a better outlook on the future.Thank you for your support and love. Let us make 2022 an incredible year!

Love,

Eden

PS: Sleep well Betty White. You led an amazing life and we hope we can live a fraction of what you experienced.☺️
